99 Names of Allah

Allah has 99 beautiful names (Asma ul Husna). Knowing and remembering them is a way of drawing closer to Allah, understanding His attributes and calling upon Him by His most beautiful names.

Quranic Verse

Allah has the Most Beautiful Names. So call upon Him by them, and keep away from those who abuse His Names. They will be punished for what they used to do.

Al-A'raf 7:180

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said

Allah has 99 names — one hundred less one. Whoever memorizes them will enter Paradise.
